Delivery time: Except for very busy periods or temporary closures which will be clearly indicated on our website, we always strive to process your orders within 2 working days, so you will receive your purchases within 4 or 5 working days following your order.
Reception: All orders sent must be signed for upon receipt. If you are not there, your package will be taken to the reception center of the carrier chosen by Cadellia closest to you. You will need to let us know so that we can take steps with our carrier. We will then ask you for one or more photographs of your damaged products and your package received along with your information and a short description by email. We will then send you a return label to print.
2. Was your order wrong?
Really sorry for this mistake. We are human after all! :P write to us and we will send you the forgotten product free of charge as soon as possible.
3. You have had a skin/allergic reaction while trying our products.
