Shipping
- Logistics: With a few exceptions, all our shipments are handled by Purolator.
- Processing Time: Unless during high-demand periods or temporary closures (which will be clearly indicated on our website), we strive to process your orders within 2 business days. You should receive your purchases within 4 to 5 business days after placing your order.
- Delivery Receipt: All shipped orders require a signature upon receipt. If you are unavailable, your package will be sent to the nearest Purolator reception center. We encourage you to contact them for more information. If you prefer not to sign upon delivery, you must inform us in advance. Please note, in this case, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Additional Information
- The cost of standard shipping is $13 for orders under $75.
- In Baie-Comeau, deliveries are made free of charge on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- For more information about your shipment, please check your confirmation email.
- We do not offer refunds for shipping delays, incorrect addresses provided, or packages marked as delivered but not received.
- We charge a $13 reshipping fee for packages returned due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
