Shipping Policies

DELIVERY

Logistics: With a few exceptions, all of our postal shipments are made by Purolator.

Delivery time: Except for very busy periods or temporary closures which will be clearly indicated on our website, we always strive to process your orders within 2 working days, so you will receive your purchases within 4 or 5 working days following your order.

Reception: All orders sent must be signed for upon receipt. If you are not there, your package will be taken to the reception center of the carrier chosen by Cadellia closest to you. We invite you to contact them to find out more. If you do not wish to have to sign for receipt, you must mention it to us and in this case, we cannot be held responsible for theft or breakage of your package.

Useful information

Standard shipping costs $13 for orders under 4.5 kilograms AND we offer it FREE for orders of $20 and over.

In Baie-Comeau, they are carried out free of charge on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

For more information about your shipment, check your confirmation email.

We do not offer refunds for shipping delays, incorrect addresses provided, or packages marked delivered but not received. In these cases please contact us and we will provide you with your shipping tracking number to contact the carrier directly.

We charge a $13 reshipping fee for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If your product was purchased from our online store, please read the terms below.

If your product was purchased from one of our points of sale, you must refer to the exchange and refund policies of the latter.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

You have 10 days to exchange or refund your purchases if they meet one or more of these conditions.

1. If your product is damaged during transport:

You will need to let us know so that we can take steps with our carrier. We will then ask you for one or more photographs of your damaged products and your package received along with your information and a short description by email. We will then send you a return label to print.

2. Was your order wrong?

Really sorry for this mistake. We are human after all! :P write to us and we will send you the forgotten product free of charge as soon as possible.

3. You have had a skin/allergic reaction while trying our products.

Providing you with quality products that meet the needs of your skin is our greatest wish. And to help you radiate natural beauty, we will take care of you as quickly as possible.

Write us an email with the description of the product and the reaction caused. Don't forget to take pictures of everything, it's very important to understand the situation.

4. The product is unused (unopened) and is in its original packaging in perfect condition.
