Returns and Exchanges Policy

First of all, we are sorry that our products did not meet your expectations. We invite you to contact us to share your concerns, and we will be happy to address them.

If your product was purchased online

Please carefully read the conditions below.

If your product was purchased in one of our retail stores

You must refer to the exchange and refund policies of the specific retailer.


Product Exchange

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for our Cadellia products.

Due to the delicate nature of our products, it is unfortunately impossible for us to replace them because of the risk of contamination.

However:

If your product was damaged during shipping

Please inform us so we can file a claim with our shipping carrier. We will ask for one or more photos of the damaged products and the received package, along with your information and a short description via email.

If we made a mistake with your order

We are truly sorry for this error – we’re only human, after all! :P Write to us, and we will send you the missing product free of charge as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to offer refunds, as we cannot resell returned products and would need to discard them. As you know, we are not fans of waste.

Except in the following case:

If you had a skin reaction/allergy after using our products

Providing high-quality products that meet your skin’s needs is our top priority. To help you highlight your natural beauty, we will take care of you as quickly as possible.

Send us an email with a description of the product and the reaction it caused. Don’t forget to include photos – this is very important to help us understand the situation thoroughly.
